"I always enjoy coming to this family owned and run cafe.The food is fresh and not expensive, coffee is excellent to have with a fresh moist muffin bursting with blueberries and the service comes with a smile."

"Unfortunately the man owner was very rude. Both him and the woman accused me of not paying when I approached with a simple request to change my coffee.He wouldn't let me talk. Both said never paid. I called my husband over to prove it. NO apologies from either. No utensils provided with our meal. Had to go get some. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. Don't you know there's plenty of other cafes? Never going back."

"The best date scones you will ever get in N.Z. and the flat white coffee is perfect. Our favourite cafe in OREWA. The location is perfect for being next to barbers, library, and New Wold supermarket. Get it all done in one swoop. We have used this fune cafe now for over 3 years. Back again 3rd March 2026. Still best flat white and date scones in NZ."
